Dr Elissa Farrow is a futurist, coach and lead consultant and has extensive experience in strategic organisational adaptation design and delivery. Elissa has supported organisations to define positive futures and then successfully transform to bring lasting benefits. She has proven adaptative capacity and can successfully transfer her skills to different contexts and industries including transport, education, resources, finance, government, construction, technology, legal and community services. Elissa is an experienced board director, and has held global leadership positions with the Change Management Institute as well as past chair of DVConnect a service preventing Domestic and Family Violence in Queensland. She is considered a thought leader in her field. Elissa has won a national award for Contribution to Women in Project Management through PMI and for her research with the Association of Professional Futurists. Her published doctoral research explored the area of organisational adaptation to the evolving field of artificial intelligence using future’s methodologies.
